Prudent students know that professional experience is almost as important as your university degree and most companies prefer graduates with previous experience. They know even a prestigious university degree is not enough. Cooperation of higher education institutions and companies is of benefit for both. Companies face problems that can be addressed by university staff or researchers in their research projects, and by students, too, as they feel involved in issues they will face later on in their future jobs.
FFWS is aware of the importance of cooperation with the commercial sector and intensively develops relations with companies and other potential employers in the industry. The cooperation is mutually beneficial:
1) Companies provide practical training for students and support their bachelor and diploma theses.
2) The university can carry out contractual research for the companies.
