The Faculty maintains active relations with universities and research institutions abroad. Guests from numerous European and North American universities, their interest in local forestry and landscape management, in education and research, establish good conditions for extending and intensifying international cooperation.
The Faculty, as an institution, is a member of the European Forest Institute (EFI) and the International Union of Forest Research Organisations (IUFRO). Faculty staff members partake in other international scientific and research organisations oriented especially to forestry, ecology, landscape, and water management.
Intensive activities have developed in the frame of ERASMUS+ Programme, mainly as for the TS item (teaching staff mobility of short duration) and in the frame of OMS item (students’ mobility). The Faculty participates in other international programmes, e.g. CEEPUS, COST, COPERNICUS, etc.
