DuraVision-30 hardness tester
The DuraVision-30 hardness tester is a device for determining the hardness of a material according to the Brinell, Vickers, Rockwell, or Knoop methods. The device has a load range of 98 - 29400 N in order to make it possible to also determine the hardness of, for example, plastics or metals. It has an automatic test sequence (load/delay/unload). The equipment includes an external microscope with automatic evaluation of the impression measurement. Hardness is a basic indicator of the quality of wood as a material and is therefore input data for the processing industry which determines the method of its processing and use.
