The International Office updates the list of courses offered to incoming Exchange and Erasmus students each semester. The most recent list is available here. This is the only relevant source for finding courses, do not use any other sources!
Online Learning Agreement
For a correct submission of your Online Learning Agreement, follow the deadlines and instructions provided by the International Office. The International Office will be approving your choice of courses and signing your Online Learning Agreement.
Login to university system
After your Online Learning Agreement is approved by the International Office, you have to log in to the university system and fill in all the required details about you. You will be asked by the system to upload your photo, Transcript of Records, your Health Insurance and a document on language proficiency.
Transcript of Records – is an overview of all the grades gained from all the subjects from the beginning of your studies at your home university. Students of bachelor level need to submit the Transcript of Records from their bachelor studies. Students of master level need to submit the Transcript of Records from their bachelor AND master studies (in one file only). The Transcript of Records does NOT have to be in English. Upload the Transcript in one merged pdf file!
Health Insurance – basically any type of health insurance is accepted. Students from the EU countries may also upload a copy of their EU health insurance card. Again, the document does NOT have to be in English.
Document on language proficiency – you can either upload your OLS, your language certificate (TOEFL, IELTS etc.) or a document stating the sufficiency of your language proficiency signed by your home university.
All three documents have to be pdf files! The guidelines on filling in your data and uploading the required documents are available here.
Buddy Programme
ESN CZU Prague runs a Buddy Programme for international students. Students coming to CZU from abroad can apply for a „buddy “, a local student-volunteer who can help the incoming student in the beginning of their stay in Prague. ESN CZU Prague also offers great socializing events.
Student Card
Each student has to have a Student ISIC Card. The steps for getting this card are described here.
Welcome Week
The International Office of CZU holds a Welcome Week for incoming international students at the beginning of each semester. Your participation is strongly encouraged. You will get important information regarding your studies, the organization of your stay and you will also be able to meet other incoming students.
