The Department for Development is here to help you with the preparation and subsequent implementation of international projects.
When we talk about international projects, we mean in particular the Horizon Europe programmes (both consortium projects and individual projects such as ERC or MSCA), LIFE, Interreg programmes (Interreg EUROPE, Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE, Interreg DANUBE), COST or ERASMUS+.

- consultation about your project plan
- assistance with finding a suitable call
- methodological support in relation to the programme rules
- assistance in finding a suitable partner(s), an already formed consortium, networking
- connection with successful researchers of similar calls, transfer of experience
- organization of workshops and seminars on management of international projects, getting familiar with a specific call, programme, etc.
- preparation of document templates for international projects (budget, administrative information, etc.)
- ensuring the administrative side of project preparation (documents, general parts of the application, securing the signing of documents by the Rector/Dean, etc.)
- assistance with budget preparation and its monitoring
- assistance with preparation of ‘work package management’ or ‘communication’ texts
- in the case of the FFWS role as a coordinator, ensuring the organization of consortium meetings (online and in person), preparation of presentations, etc.
- NDAs preparation
- commenting on partnership or consortium agreements, securing a signature
- opening financial contracts in accounting for approved projects
- ensuring the function of budget administrator
- ensuring the personnel agenda in cooperation with the Rector's Office for international projects
- complete financial management of the project and its reporting to coordinators and grant providers
- securing supply contracts, orders, and other related agenda
- ensuring the public procurement agenda in cooperation with the legal department or an external law firm
- partial coverage of communication and dissemination activities
- support in the protection of intellectual property of project outputs
- preparation of documents for on-site project inspections, participation in inspections
- other related administrative, project, or financial activities
